My wife is 17 weeks pregnant and has been having severe headaches for 3 weeks straight her blood pressure is good and she stays hydrated what else could be causing it ?

pls check her blood sugar levels and give her dry dates and badam soaked in a water daily three times also taking mint in food and ocimum leaves help and cinommomum bark (dalchini) relieves and the best medicine for this type of problem taking good carbohydrates and saffron 4-5 pcs in warm milk will help
