Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Its better if you can consult a phonosurgeon rather than an ordinary ENT specialist. Dr. Jayakumar from KIMS hospital, Trivandrum is specialized in Phonosurgery.

ENT Specialist Dr. Sonia. S. V's  Response
Hi, I am Dr Sonia S V. I am an ENT Surgeon & Head & Neck Specialist.First of all Visit an ENT specialist in your locality who can examine your voice box and vocal cords and rule out structural problems such as vocal nodules or vocal polyps. You are probably suffering from a condition called puberphonia wherein the male voice does not develop but remains the same as the Pre-puberty soft voice.Once the diagnosis is confirmed by a history and examination your ENT Surgeon can suggest speech therapy which gives excellent results in such cases.

All the best
