My Urine Is Yellowish From Past 6 Years, Help Me Out
Doctors Plz Help , I am 28 years old male, unmarried. My urine is yellowish from past 6 years. When I drink lots of water it turns normal and again back to yellow. Also once I urinate it stinks badly. I have no pain while urinating. I was affected by Jaundice almost 15 year back. So was confused whether it appeared again. But my eyes are in normal white colour. Got tested for Hepatitis B and the result is negative. I havn t been to any doctors for consultation regarding this and I fortunately found this site, which might help me out in rectifying what the problem is and the medicine for it. Thanks in advance !

Yellowish coloration of urine is not always due to jaundice. When water intake is less that body requirement, urine will turn yellow. In your case it appears to be just that. Drink more water and whenever you see your urine getting darker than usual, drink still more water. Water is a very important requirement of the body.
As for stinking of urine, the cause is same, less water intake. By increasing water intake both your problems will be solved. You do not need any medication.

Dark orange to brown urine can be a symptom of jaundice
The important thing is to think about your diet. Have you eaten any foods that might change your urine color? Are you drinking enough water? If you are drinking enough water, but your still have dark yellow urine color, then it may be food based. Beets also cause a dark yellow urine color.
If you haven’t had any foods that may cause the dark yellow urine color, then there are some illnesses that can show symptoms such as dark yellow urine color.
i suggest you to go for complete blood test to rule out hemolytic anemia,and also go for urine test.
