Hi, my testicles have been shrunken & dry skin is peeling out and there is lot of etching in that region.Is it due to intense masturbation?what is the treatment for it?

Masturbation is normal in teenage, & does not have any ill effects on your general or sexual health or genitalia. It will NOT cause shrunken testicles. It seems you are having a fungal infection of groin area or some dermatitis; please consult a skin specialist ASAP for proper diagnosis & management.
