My Testicles Always Hangs In The Scrotum Like Balls And Never Tight
Hi, from last 10 years, My testicles always hangs in the scrotum like balls and never tight. I always feel that they will be heart while I drive a Bike or Run. Is this OK or something wrong. I am 32 Years old Male, unmarried, and I fear that when I will marry wether some problem Please suggest.

Hi well come to Hcm.
At times there can be retraction but not must. If you have no other problem except
discomfort nothing ro worry about it. Just show it to your doctor to rule out hydrocele.
