My Stomach Is Always Sensitive And All The Time It Is Bloated.
My stomach is always sensitive even if i touch it I can feel the pain. Sometimes I have cramps the centre of it pulling me around the navel, the pain will be so much that it will affect my back and my temperature will be high. For a month now when I eat my stomach becomes painful (it feels like there are sores inside me I have rubbed something hot like peri peri on them) I m forever bloated always full of air.

It seems that you might have chronic gastritis or chronic constipation.
Take Omeprazole tab.as and when required.
It is likely that you might have chronic dysentry.
Avoid fried,chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
