My stomach gets bigger instead, What is the cause ?

Dear Doctor, I have not been able to poo normally (which is at least every morning). I eat as usual, drink a lot of water and other liquids and it seems my stomach gets bigger instead. What is the cause. Thank you.

Your problem will need thorough examination and consultation with a doctor who will tell you few investigations to complete and then start treatment depending on the cause for it.
