Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
It could be local external infection after such a long gap chances of internal infection are remote. Even then get yourself examined. For immunity and quick healing have indian goose berry [ aamla ] and to eradicate tenderness and itching have turmeric. locally apply jatyadi tai.
