Hi,
Your child is suffering from acute rhinitis with bronchiolitis, viral or bacterial or allergic.
But it seems probably of bacterial as he is having fever. This infection has caused gasto enteritis producing loose motions.
You have to start the treatment as due to loose motions chances of having dehydration is there.
You take him to ER for treatment.
Meanwhile you give him anti allergic drops, water and if possible anti biotic drops.
Ok and take care.
