My Son Has Trauma Due To Kick In The Testicles. Suggest Me A Remedy

My son has been kicked by his friend jokingly in the testicles and after the initial trauma 6 hrs hencs, he feels no pain and no swelling but has this strange feeling that his scortum is hanging loose>he also feels a bit of burning while urinating.Do you think he needs to go to the Doctor immediately and has some serious problem?
