My Son Has Bronchonemonia GG,dehydration SVT Symptoms

My son was suffered from Bronchonemonia and admited 6 days but still he is not fit. he is suffering sardi(running nose) ,khasi() .treatment is going on such as cepodem,theopad etc. his heamoglobin is 7.4 mg he is 3 month baby boy.what i shud do more,I shown to pedartic doctor ,His mother is also suffreing Cough and.
