good day! my 4 year old son has been experiencing a watery and bad smell stool.. his not experiencing stomachache and diarrhea.. what's the possible causes of this?

It shows some kind of infection ,bacterial or viral.most common bacterial.so give a course of metronidazole after consultation with child specialist.Disclaimer

foul smelling watery stool is the indication of abdominal infection. The first thing in watery stools is rehydration with ors. give him rice gruel and avoid heavy and stale foods. amongst herbal medicines tab. destrol will cure diarrhoea. A chatni made from mint pomegranate seeds onion and tomato is also good
