My Son (7 Years Old Boy)has Treated As Kawasaki, Yesterday

My son (7 years old boy)has treated as Kawasaki, yesterday he had ivig therapy and two times of asprine then he couldn't take it by vomiting. Fever was 39-102F all night. today he took another CBC test and measle, and strep-a antigen test... charge doctor showed me WBC 16k to 14k and CRP 100 to 68 has been dropped after day later IVIG but ESR 94 is elevated so she want to give him 3 generation antibiotics. I am refusing and asked waiting for culture result. My son already had taken amoxacillin and clindamycin previous 5 days because doctor thought it was scarlet fever but the other doctor didn't check swab test for streptococcus-A and anti wasn't respond when we got here to ER :WBC was 16k from 14k. Did echocardio yesterday and was normal. X-ray reports consistent with acute bronchitis, mild pleural effusion on the right side chest at view. Should I agree for anti biotic medication or have to ask keeping aspirin therapy? We are in Shanghai China. Dr is Chinese trained unfortunately I can trust 100%.
