This is not directly related to diabetes. As a first line neurological assessment has to be done. Also cardiological evaluation like blood pressure and electrocardiogram is essential.

I m 17 weeks pregnant! 18 years old! Today I was in a museum and my eyes blacked out, my ears muffled as if I had my fingers stuck in them and my knees trembled and I felt very dizzy and faint! I went outside and without feeling nauseous I was sick twice and I couldn t stop myself! What could this be? Is this an indication there is something wrong?

My boyfriend just fell to the floor with his eyes wide open. At first he wasn t responsive, but then he seemed to be awake, but unaware of the fact that he was on the floor. He said he thought that he must ve just fainted because he was tired, but his eyes were open and he was semi-conscious the whole time. I sent him to bed straight away. Will he be ok or is this something that should be looked at right away?
