My question centers on diabetic neuropathy...tingling in
my feet especially in bed at night. With poor vision and the
tingling and numbness in my feet, my footing isn’t at its best. What natural remedies do you suggest. I take Metformqpan but am not on Insulin (thank God). I eat
with awareness, avoiding sweets and most high carbs.
Thank you, Barbara

Question: I am female, 85 years old, physically active , walking my dog off-leash about a mile or more each day. This year my feet have become tender on the upper part. Above my toes/big toe joint especially. Also the top of my feet so that I must not lace my shoes tightly. I sleep with a pillow holding the covers so that they don t restrict my feet and wear diabetic sox although I am not diabetic. Cannot stand the spandex in most socks. I have two knee replacements. Which would complicate vein surgery. Do you recommend a bed that would lift my upper body at night so my heart can strengthen the blood to my feet

i ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and take medication regularly. however I experience a lot of numbing in my legs and feet. One foot is extremely sensitive on the bottom to touch and both feet are numb in my toes. Can this be related to diabetes?
