hi i have been having a few mild nausea in the morn and night,i have back pain , cries alot and my face is covered in pimples and i feel shivering in womb/belly. what is it? please. i spotted a few days after last period..took a pregnancy test at home yesterday...its negative..please help

You probably are having a urinary tract infection or gastritis. You need to stay away from spicy food and eat bland food. If you have fever and back pain along with burning sensation on passing urine I suggest you get the urine test to determine the infection and get the correct treatment. As of now drink 1-2 litres of water a day to reduce the symptoms.Have you checked your Haemoglobin in your blood.
