my penis hurts when i have sex and when i pee it burns alot and theres white discharge well when i pee my penis really burns and i pee alot lately, it hurts when i have sex and to say if i would masterbate when im errect it hurts more and my penis hurts when im laying in bed

1) simple inflammation of urethra due to frequent masturbation.
2) non specific urethritis due to sexually transmitted infections if your partner/s have it.
first one needs rest and second one needs investigations and treatment based on results.
