My Penis Foreskin Never Goes Back

I am 19 years old. My penis foreskin never goes back. The length is normal but the tip is like as a small child (i.e. closed by skin mass). Though i can masturbate but have never seen glans penis. Please Sir help me soon...i am very much worried..Please advice medicines whatever needed for this problem . Thanx in advance ..!!
