I have been treated for sinuses before just want to know if its back.Oh and smell irritates me making me sneeze alot even before the nose blockage like perfume, air freshener etc i feel really chocked up and cant wait to get out to an open area to get fresh air. So is it hayfever and what can i do about it?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best, if possible to avoid any known allergens.

If this is not possible, then using anti histamines/ decongestants along with topical steroid nasal sprays would help.

Eg of topical sprays include rhinicort, flonase, nasocort, nasonex. These may or may not require a prescription

The anti histamine/ decongestants would be over the counter.

I hope this helps
