Hi, Im 13 years old, have already had my period. Occasionally my nipples hurt. Does this mean they re growing ?

It could be part of PMS (pre menstrual syndrome) which includes pain in back ,lower abdomen,thighs and heavyness of breasts or pain in breasts.

So it is one of them,you can take bryonia 30 4 tabs 3 times in day for 2 days when you start menstruating,
