My Mother Suffered A Seizure On August. She Has No

My mother suffered a seizure on august. She has no past history of anything. She just take thyroid medicines and never had any infection trauma or hitting of head. But sometimes she suffered from much tension and mental pressure. she has been given levipil. In MRI there is written that microvascular ischemic changes (FAZEKA SCORE 1) involving juxta cortical white matter of bilateral frontal-parietal regions with periventricular leokoaraiosis. Please tell me is it normal? Can you guess why this happened? Is there something to worry about.
