My Mother Is Having Unexplained Ear Pains On Her Left Ear

My mother is having unexplained ear pains on her left ear. And the doctor has told her that she has fluid in her canal. And she has been having a lot of pain in her shoulder like a shooting pain down into her shoulder. And I guess it locked up. She is also have cold sweats and has a 101 fever . What can this possible be?

It is possibly infection due in the inner ear. Take her to ENT specialist and get it rectified. Do not ignore.
