My Mom Had A Stent Surgery Recently And Does Not Respond Whenever The Sedation Is Turned Off

Hi my mum went in for a stent to be put in . Every time they try and turn off the sedation she goes in to af and she opens her eyes but not respponding as she should be its been 9 days and has been in a suduced coma what next thanks angela

Hi,angels the best person who can answer your question is your treating doctor.Please discuss all this things with him.The prognosis depends upon various factors like presence of any other medical condition ,her age etc.When ever there is injury to brain due to some chemical imbalance this can happen.Please talk to your doctor.bye.
