My lipid profile and blood test report

Sir, I just had my lipid profile and blood test on 29 Apr 2011. Blood sugar AC 100, Serum creatinie 1.o, total cholesterol 217, HDL Cholesterol 49, LDL cholestrol 143, Triglycerides 115, VLDL 23, TC/HDL Ratio 4.4, N-HDL-Cholestrol 168, Uric acid 5.6. What shoud I do. My age is 54 (Men).

your age is more than 50 yrs, so you should take tab. rosuvastatin 10 mg at night after meal. check your BLOOD PRESSURE regularly. every year go for routine body check up tests.
as a part of peripheral neuropathy prophylaxis you should take INJ. NEUROBION FORTE( VITAMIN B12).

Your blood test reports are almost normal with slightest increase in triglycerides. Considering your age these are almost normal. You need not take any lipid lowering agents but decreasing the fat intake and increasing raw garlic intake is more helpful.
