Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that you are having the imbalance due to the lumbar spondylosis, or vascular reasons, like atherosclerosis.
I advise you to sea an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12 for 10 consecutive days, multivitamins, and protein supplements.
The reason for the irregular B.P, may be either psychological or some thing else.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
