my left testicle is much bigger than the right one and is hangind down without any pain or problem for me why? i masturbate 3 times a week does it have any effect on its size?

left testicle is normally lie down compare to right
as it comes earlier in scrotum
there is no side effect of masturbation ,so dont scare about it
