hey I am 20 years old. but ball is growen up its bigger than an apple, it s dosent heart me but it s so huge that I cant sit down withowwt open my legs widly! there r normal. but the eft one its huge maybe there r water inside there I dont know. please help me I am fraid .

It seems that you are having Hydrocele.
Consult surgeon and get examined.If hydrocele is there you have to go for surgery.
