Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum. Your problem is more likely a swollen mucosa of nose rather than a cyst.If you will blow harshly, it is bound to bleed. To contarct it when it is blocking your nose,a cold sponging may help. But for long term relief you must go for deep steam inhalation and Pranayam. These two things will definitely give you a better feeling.

ENT Specialist Dr. Sonia. S. V's  Response
Hi, I am Dr Sonia S V. I am an ENT Surgeon & Head & Neck Specialist. From your description you may be having a condition of the lining of the nose which may be involving the nasl turbinates[ on the side walls of the nose] or the nasal septum[ at the center and separating the 2 halves of the nose].An accurate diagnosis of such conditions needs a basic nasal endoscopy which is a painless procedure easily done in the ENT Surgeon 's consultation room.Once a proper diagnosis has been made your case can be managed

All the best
