My left leg is swollen to the point where skin

My left leg is swollen to the point where skin is tight.and red on calf and warm to the touch. When I've been down for little bit and try to get up I get pain in calf like blood is rushing down leg and have pressure. Is this a blood clot and how soon should I see a doc.

On Monday I fell and scraped the front of my leg - laid the skin back. I am 80 so my skin is very thin. I had cord slacks on so dirt did not get into the wound. I showered to remove the blood. My leg swelled with a lump where it was injured. Dressed it with a non-stick covering after putting Neosporin on. It has been sore but not too painful. This morning I redressed the area after wipeing it with clean water and put a product called Mupirocin on it. Tonight before bed redressed it & did the same again. Went to bed at 10:30 woke at 11:30 with pain in the area. It feels like needles are sticking into me and comes in waves like shock waves. Should I be worried or am I having a reaction to the Mupirocin? N

I have developed a bruise (third week of the bruise) in the inner calf area of my left leg. This is the same leg where I have endured four ankle surgeries in the last four years including two fusions. The bruise is now itching and the leg is more swollen than before. There is increased pain, but no redness or fever. Should I be evaluated for a blood clot?

A bad fall several days ago left both legs severely bruised (one more than the other). Now experiencing burning sensations where the bruises are in addition to rather bad swelling of both legs. Been to the walk-in. They gave generic vicodin and told me to ice them 3x/day and try to stay off my feet. But the swelling hasn t gone down at all.
