I am 21 years old. Have a lot of bad family history in the heart disease area. My father had two heart attacks by the age of 56. His father died of a heart attack at 52. My dad's mom had a stroke. My mother has hypertension and her mother had CHF. Needless to say I am a little paranoid and do everything I can to keep my heart healthy by exercising about 3 times a week and practicing good nutrition . I am 21 years old and know that I should not be at risk for heart disease any time soon, but my left arm has been aching all the way up and down today. This is not the first time it has happened. It will not go away and is keeping me awake. Should I be concerned ? I had my cholesterol and triglycerides checked about 1.5 yrs. ago and all was normal.
