My Jaw Hurts Very Badly? What Should I Do?

My jaw really hurts I think I got it from giving too much head but it was a year ago and it still hurts! It clicks every now and then, hurts when I yawn.. and often locks itself! causes pain in my ears.. what is wrong? how can I fix it?

Thanks for query,
You have got Sublaxation of your Temporo mandibular joint.
There is no remedy,
Avoid wide opening of mouth,yawning,chewing hard stuff.
Keep your thumb on tm joint while opening mouth or yawning.
Do not sleep on affected side.
Consult orthopedic surgeon,though very little can be done.
