My husband had a hip replacement about a month ago.

My husband had a hip replacement about a month ago. His healing is progressing quickly. Today he attempted his initial walk, of any length. After about a third of a mile, he began to feel dizziness accompanied with cold sweats. He has a cardiac stent. I'm concerned.

My husband just went for a sonogram because his creatinine is 1.9. They said he has fluid by his kidney and asked if he had any implants. He had two hip replacements over ten years ago. I am checking all of his medication and supplements to see if they can be the cause. The sonogram data will be forwarded to his doctor

I need a new hip in my polio hip but I am afraid since I broke the femur in this same leg a long time ago and they had to take part of my other hip bone to lay around the break since the polio bone won t grow on it s own or that is what the Dr. said. I also grow scar tissue fast and have not had one good surgery because of this. The pain is very bad but don t want to do anything to my hip if the bones won t grow on their own.
