A normal heart rate
is considered to be 60-100 beats per minute, but there are lots of people that are much slower and faster that can be considered normal as well.
Sometimes, but not always they'll put you on medication to slow ya down a little bit. If you've been evaluated by a doctor, and your rhythm is a normal rhythm, then you're probably okay. If you continue to be concerned, or have chest pain
, fainting or near fainting spells
, then I'd ask for a referral to a cardiologist or request to wear a monitor to be evaluated further.
Hope this helps.
