im a 33 yr old female..why do i feel like sometimes my heart is beating so fast it feels like its going to beat right out of my chest then i get dizzy and shaky and i feel hot like im going to faint....whtat could this be a sign of????

Hi:The heart beat you describe is called palpitation and dizzeness could be presyncope. These things can occur when your heart beats faster or if it beats irregular. It could be due to some cardiac problem, increase thyroid hormone or even in anxiety. Just get your ECG and cardiac evaluation done. These are easliy curable.
