I feel a pulse like thumping in the middle of my back I m 14 female and active it dosnnt hurt but it feels like my heart is beating from my back it s also not consistent comes and goes

Thumping pain in the back could be due to musculoskeletal pain or more serious to rule out an Aortic aneurism. If persists, an ultra sound examination through a cardiologist is advisable thank you
