My heart has been pounding in my chest
I am a 14 year old boy lately my heart has been pounding in my chest i can see it sometimes through my chest its really starting to scare me i have not told anyone should i be worried

heart pounding is mainly felt when you are anxious or sudden fright of some thing.If you are not anxious & your pulse is normal ( between 70-90) & you are otherwise healthy then it can be like you may be slim .In slim & lean thin children if you observe properly heart beats can be seen from outside when you remove shirt.
