My Heart Going To Have Cramp

My heart hurts and I am 21 years old, this is recent?
I dont know but right now my heart or chest area feels like its going to have cramp or something. I am having a hard time breathing, and my stomach hurts. What should I do. I'm only 21 what is with me.
