hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!
well from your complaints it is pretty obvious that there is a problem with either the conducting system in your heart responsible for regular heart beat or it is a panic attack in either case you have to consult a doctor and get some tests done this could be serious do not take it lightly.take care.

I have been having a palpitations the last 3 weeks where my pulse will get up to 180 or so. I am on carvedilol to help with my tachycardia. I have had tachycardia for 5 years now and have taken medicine for it but it does not seem to be controlling it. My doctor cannot give me a higher dose because it will lower my blood pressure too much. I also feel pauses in my heart beat and then a hard beat. My pulse gets pretty close to normal when I am sitting down but when I get up to do anything, it rises high. If I walk up a flight of stairs it will go up to 130-150. If I blow dry my hair, fold laundry, or anything at all it goes up. I feel fatiqued, short of breath, and have had some back pain when my pulse gets so high. Should I be concerned that I have a heart condition? I am a 35 year old woman, but I have a family history of heart problems. My father had his first heart attach at 33 years old. I am scheduled for a stress test next Wednesday.

I have been having lower back pain that comes around into lower left groin area for a few months. After working and than sitting I find it difficult to walk. Recently I have experienced rapid heart beat of 100 and with it great fatigue. I also have had sudden coldness and it goes into my hands and feet. Even when I lie down I can still feel my heart beat racing. After a few hours it goes back to normal. I am tired a lot and find it hard to do daily routines. The episodes of rapid heart beat have happened twice in the last 3 days. I am a 53 year old woman.

What might tingling in the back behind the location of the heart and sometime in the front indicate. I have a low pulse rate 50 -55 workout everyday, heart however is giving hard beats, off and on, no rapid beats in a row. Problem has come and gone for about two weeks seems better when exercising. Did a swim, bike tri, can t runs because of knees, Sat. and had no issues. Age 66, family history of heart problems. Mitro Valve was identified once, 15 years ago - but not found again. Issue present before but has always gone away seems to be sticking around this time. See Dr. asap or see if it continues?
