My father is my having numbness stiffens and tingling feeling from his elbow to his fingertips he works with jackhammers i’m pretty sure these are early signs of hand arm vibration syndrome what over-the-counter medication can you suggest hope to see you numbness and stiffness in his arms

He may intake vit. B12 supplement as an injection or tablets, this will decrease what he suffer. But, first I suggest that he may need to do nerve conduction test at any neurologist.
