my eyes are red swollen and constantly running water when i woke up there where flakes over my eyes. can i use tetracycline ointment for this?

Yes you can use it. make sure it is not expired. Do you feel dizzy , nausea , headache, coloured halos or sticking of eyelids on waking up?
