Welcome to Healthcare Magic Your husband may be having recent onset stress in his life, probably at work. If he has complaints about his work he may need to change the job to give peace. Maybe you should sit with him and try to find out exactly what is bothering him. Ask him this when he has eaten and feels better and comfortable at Home. Change in appetite, mood, weight, sleep are signs of possible depression. If he has these then he may need help of the Psychiatrist to help him cope with the stress and also possible medication to improve his mood.
The symtom pattern does suggest taht you husband may be suffering from depression. But have a master check up to find out whether all the vital parameters such as sugar, pressure, heamoglobin etc are normal. If so meet a clinical Psychologist or a psychiatrist at the earliest
