My daughter is suffering from sore tummy but has a good appetite

your children complain of a sorentummyu when they go to the toilet my daughter recently had worms,,i treated hern ,we had a bug of gastro,and,now after two weeks, she is complaining of a sore tummy every time she does poohs,she has an appetite still,i am worried still,though

It may be a Gastrointestinal infection. Visit her Paediatrician and she will examine here and probably ask for a stool sample. Practice proper handwashing precautions before eating meals. Have well washed fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water.
