My daughter is 20 year old. Borer line anemic, she sleep and recovers but she eats and vomits, like if her stomach reject the in take of food. If she eats in small portion we are good she keeps it in.

My question is should I feed her small portion of food every few hours instead of three meals a day?

Also she is taking B12, flax acid, iron together with her breakfast, should I break it down per the three meals a day?
