hi atara
Welcome to HCM forum
If your daughter have burning of hands it may be due to vitamin deficiency also.
Try B-complex vitamin tablets twice daily for five days.
Also fever should be treated properly after testing by a doctor.

Hello atara;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If your daughter has fever she will complain of burning in palms and even say about her soles of feet and it is because of toxicity due infection which is causing fever.Please get her to a doctor to diagnose what type of fever she has like malaria;typhoid;viral etc.Once the diagnosis is made he will treat her accordingly.Presently give her some medicine for fever if doctor is not available.
Take care.
