white marks in child may be due to many causes , commonest cause is pitryasis alba, intestinal worm infestation, or fungal infection if the leision is itchy and having red margin, other less common causes are isolated albinism, so on. consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment put her on albenazole 800 mg tablet once.
