My clitoris is straining and it hurts when i pee. What could be the reason ?

it started today my clitoris is straining and so i went to the bathroom went pee and at the end it started to hurt all the way up to my uterus it felt like ssomething was being ripped out of my clitoris it stung and has pressue now it feels like i have to pee again

Welcome to HCM.
You have not mentioned your age. Probably your bladder must have been over distended, exerting pressure on the pelvic muscles causing straining pain. After relieving yourself, there must have been cramp like situation in the pelvic muscles giving you the feeling that you experienced.
Try not to hold urine for long time. If the problem recurs consult the gynecologist.

hi,thanks for query.This indicates some infection in urine or vulva.Because of infection you have urge to urinate frequently and pain in the tract.Drink more of liquids,take analgesic for pain.The better idea is to visit your doctor and get treated for this.You might need a course of antibiotics local as well as oral.
