My Brother Had Odd Chest Pains Just Under His Collar Bone Area. What Could Be The Reason?

my brother thinks he had a mild heart attack in his sleep after passing out drunk. he woke up with odd chest pains just under his collar bone area but says its no muscles pain. he is 27 and healty( walks 4 miles to work every day) just drinks on pay day. i say no heart attack. i think he may have slept wrong, cutting off proper circulation. anybody experience this?

He can get a blood test to find out for sure. Enzymes are released in the blood during a heat attack. A blood test can detect these.
