My Breasts Have Been Soared, What Could Be This ?

Ok so for the past 3-4 days both of my breasts have been sore. From the tip of the nipple to the side of my body. I'm supposed to start my period tomorrow, but my breasts never hurt before I start. What do you think it could be?

Hey the breasts does get tender during menses right, my wife always complain of that. So it is nothing abnormal I guess. If it stays for a longer time, then you should think of some inflammation in the breast or else it is purely a menstrual change which shall come back to normal after shedding.
