My boyfriend experiences very sudden changes in mood. At times

My boyfriend experiences very sudden changes in mood. At times uncontrollable rage/anger. When in these moods sometimes he will even begin speaking as another personality. He then wakes/comes to consciousness/himself again and does not remember. He also wakes with a horrible head ache and feeling week. He began being withdrawn etc some years ago and started developing anger problems. I am wondering if this may be a frontal lobe issue and if we need to get him an mri vs psych help

My boyfriend recently started taking clonazePAM for anxiety and at first, it really seemed like it was helping him. He definitely is able to sleep at night now. However, lately, he just seems like he is so negative and moody. He will become easily upset and angry about small things, as well as, easily discouraged. He is also very impatient with me. I don t think he would listen if I try telling him that I am worried about him and his moodiness? I love him but sometimes, it s hard to be around all the negativity and anger. Should I be worried?

Hi, Im 19 years old and I am a female. I have a problem that has just come on suddenly in the past 2-3 weeks. I used to go out all the time, to my friends, but lately i havn t felt like going out at all. Even if its just to go do the shopping. I used to go out everyday and enjoyed my friends company, but now I want to just stay indoors and when i do go out occasionaly all I can think about is going back home.I have had times lately were I would just start crying for no reason as well.I have not gone to see a doctor because I dont know if its anything medical, but it is taking affect on my health and diet. I am eating alot more then usual and I can t sleep at night. I tend to stay up all night even when im tired. Im not on any medication and I have never had any serious medical conditions before. I just dont feel like myself anymore. What can be causing this sudden change of mood? and will it pass?
