My Back Neck Is Paining And Some Times Nerves Are Flickering Here And There. Is It Due To Pinched Nerve ?

I am male 26 i have got hurt below my right ear from the movement of my partners hand.after that back neck is paining and some times nerves are flickering here and there. is it due to pinched nerve ? please help.

Hello Amit, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You have developed a Neck sprain, Kindly consult a Orthopedist first, so that he can examine you thoroughly and suggest x ray if necessary. In the meantime you can do some self care at home. Use a Cervical collar and get adequate rest. Avoid stress and apply heat pads regularly where you have pain. Keep a Pillow in the nape of your neck while sleeping and do not extend your neck much. If the pain is severe you will require analgesics (Pain Killers).
